It gives me great pleasure to write this review about Elite Double Glazing. We have a large 5 bedroom home in Sandy Bay that we just bought and his cold and drafty. Our builder suggested double glazing and we were given the name of Elite Double Glazing by 2 to 3 various people. We contacted them and spoke to Elise who then quickly made us an appointment for Simon to come and visit.
From the time of contact with this company, the quote and the works done, it was amazing and done to such a high standard with great customer service. It was a very tough job for them and the worked non stop to get it done. The old windows were so difficult to get out and some were in concrete.
All i can say is, just go to Elite Double Glazing. Great price, great service and so professional, friendly and ethical. Simon and his staff were always there for us with any questions or queries we may have had.

We are loving the new windows! I have to say I have been so impressed with Elite from start to finish, and Rob was fantastic – can’t speak highly enough of how professionally he ran the install.

I sourced the windows for my passive solar designed house from Elite Double Glazing. I chose double glazed UPVC windows for the thermal performance and low maintenance characteristics they offer. I am happy to recommend the company and the product. In all my dealings throughout the process of buying, transporting and installing the windows, the prompt responses and reasonable pricing were a significant part of my decision to deal with the company.

We contacted Elite Double Glazing to consult with them on the possibility of replacing the old wooden double hung sash windows in our 1921 built, double brick house. After considering previous quotes for aluminium double glazing, we found that Elite had uPVC tilt & turn double glazed windows that could be installed straight into the original sash window hardwood frame. We started with 2 of our northern facing windows and were so impressed with the quality and benefits of this product compared to our cold, old fashioned and leaky windows, we decided to keep going and replace all the windows. Elite installed the new windows and the job was quick and no mess. We are delighted with the looks of the windows, they’re easy to open in either tilt or turn and the fact that we can also clean the outside glass from the inside is a bonus. We are very pleased with the prompt, reliable, friendly and honest service provided by all staff at Elite Double glazing and we highly recommend dealing with this company for uPVC windows

I am super-impressed by both my new window and the outstanding professionalism and care by your two colleagues who came to install it. They explained everything they were doing, did a brilliant job on the installation, were friendly and courteous, and even cleaned up their work area afterwards – and that alone is a point of difference that your company should be proud of and should promote. Tradespeople don’t bother these days to leave the workplace as they found it – and in this case, they left it better than they found it.

I want to thank you for the wonderful windows! They look marvellous and you did a sterling job battling a sloping floor, wall and roof lines to place them in position plum and square. I couldn’t be happier with the work from Elite DG and with the windows themselves. When the sun shone for about 20 minutes yesterday the inside house temperature went up by about 10 degrees.

Elite Double Glazing replaced my windows and doors during my renovation almost a year ago. Nearly one year and one winter later I could not be happier with the result which has exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more pleased with my double glazed windows and doors. The difference it has made to our standard of living is invaluable. We find ourselves not using as many heating appliances in order to stay at a comfortable temperature, a significant reduction in noise has been noted and the level of security they provide has helped to promote peace of mind when we are away from home.

What can we say!  We are impressed with the quality, the fit, the look etc and the installers skills and professionalism are fantastic and their ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude was refreshing.  They were always very polite to all my family, in particular my husband.  They were funny, so hardworking, motivated, just delightful really.
